Supporting the Ministry of Hughson
Hughson is assisting a number of individuals and families in need through this time. In order for us to do so, we are praying God would continue to provide for HSBC through the generosity of His people. You are welcome to mail a cheque or drop it off at the office, send an e-transfer, or sign up for direct deposit, details HERE.
How Can I Help
There are three ways you can help.
- Reach out to each other via phone, text or ideally video call. In addition to those you naturally connect with at Hughson, prayerfully reach out to 3-4 people who may be experiencing a more challenging time or could use an encouraging voice. Spend some time praying for them.
- Pick up some extra groceries. If you know someone who could use grocery help, bless them with the groceries and if not bring the groceries to the church office and we will put them in the food bank. Some things we always need are: pasta, pasta sauce, rice, beans, soup, canned veggies, oatmeal and toiletries - including TP! (Instead of Coffee’s On, we will be offering a food bank from 10 -11am on Friday’s.)
- Consider a financial gift to the benevolent fund so that we can help those that are most vulnerable at this time.
